Warranty

There is a 1 year warranty on all robotic products, not including the natural wearing parts such as filters, batteries, brushes and the like. If you wish to make use of the warranty, please contact RobotExpert.co.uk either by email or phone.

The warranty does not cover errors and damages that are not caused by manufacturing and material defects. Besides this, the robot must be cleaned according to the instructions in the user manual. If the product is sent in for service and it has not been cleaned correctly, a fee may be charged.

Returns

When ordering online, you always have a 7 days cooling off period. This means that you can return the product without explanation within the first 7 working days after receiving it. Besides this, we offer 30 days right to return unused products. 

If a product does not do “as described”, is not of “satisfactory quality” or is not “fit for purpose”, you have up to 4 weeks to reject the product, and return it to us. 

Please note that we are not responsible for costs and risks of return shipments. Make sure that the item is properly packaged and that proof of posting is retained. All products must be returned in their original state and with all the original tags and accessories. If you wish to return a product, please contact us via info@robotexpert.co.uk before returning the goods.
